How the facility operates

The minimum storage term is 8 weeks with the first 4 weeks paid on commencement.
Goods are stored at your risk so you'll need to contact your insurance company and arrange adequate insurance cover.
Once you've booked and secured a unit/s, you'll need to complete our Self-Storage Agreement and pay your first 4 weeks of storage by EFTPOS, electronic banking or cash. We'll then issue you with a Swipe Card so you can immediately access your unit.
You then only need to ensure you pay your storage fee every 4 weeks by EFTPOS, electronic banking, cash or cheque. It's that simple.
